The resulting manually adjusted sensitive natural hair grid has been employed for decades outdoors or when high accuracy is required. The precision mechanics meter drives the recording drum (acc. to DIN 58658), on which the special smear-proof charts are mounted. The even draft of curves as a continuous recording of relative humidity is written by a felt pen.
